We are expert practitioners with a collective total of over 300 years of experience in our sectors. The diverse geographic origins of our team members allow us to feel at home everywhere in Europe. We think and act globally at all times to support our entrepreneurs to the best extent possible. In addition, our Operations Team supports our entrepreneurs with extensive know-how in the fields of finance, legal affairs and recruiting.

The combination of deep domain expertise, multinational backgrounds and transaction skills enables us to understand the drivers behind big ideas and provide the fuel that moves them forward. We are continually raising our own benchmarks in order to facilitate achieving the entrepreneurs’ goals of rapid growth and global expansion.

Since 1997 we have invested in more than 100 companies across Europe. We have been part of great successes and sad failures, and we are eager to share our learning with Europe’s best entrepreneurs.
