Cavendish Kinetics is a semi-conductor process IP company, active in the area of design and integration of MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems) into standard CMOS (Complementary Metal Oxyde Semiconductor) processes, specifically focused on the non-volatile memory applications. Now based in San Mateo, Cavendish Kinetics originates from the Cavendish Laboratory at Cambridge University and targets microprocessor manufacturers that can embed the Cavendish Memory into their products.
