Collax develops and markets an open-source-based multifunction server for the SMB market and distributed branch offices. The principal idea is to combine multiple
open-source components in one product suite to offer a secure, easy-to-use,
plug-and play server solution at a very attractive price point. Collax was spun-out
in 2005 from Freiburg, Germany-based IT company Pyramid Computers.
