Goom Radio is the first digital radio that mixes radio and internet features in an innovative way. It is operated by French Go On Media. The company has developed a unique concept that combines a personal choice of music with traditional radio features like news and social network functionalities. The latter enable the users to upload their own favourite songs and podcasts as well as to stream their own radio program in HD quality. In 2008, this innovative business concept has convinced Wellington Partners and Partech International to invest in the company.
