ABOUT ROYSTON
Royston Hoggarth is currently Chief Executive for British Telecom's Global Services business in the UK. He joined Wellington Partners as a Venture Partner in the autumn of 2005, supporting the firm's Technology portfolio companies with specific focus on the UK. Since November 2005, he has also been a board member of Wellington portfolio company Swyx Solutions. In addition he is Chairman of iPSL, a joint venture payments company based in the UK between Barclays Bank PLC, LloydsTSB Bank PLC, HSBC PLC and Unisys PLC; he is also Chairman of ANT PLC a listed iPTV company; Chairman of Source8 a leading telecommunications sourcing business; He is also non Executive Director of Intercede PLC a digital identity management business.
Royston has enjoyed two decades of experience in the ICT industry. Prior to becoming CEO of BTGS UK he was CEO of Cable & Wireless UK and prior to that Chief Executive, International at LogicaCMG. Before coming to LogicaCMG, Royston spent 12 years working for IBM in a variety of roles, culminating in Managing Director of IBM's retail products division worldwide.
