About Ernst
Ernst Mannheimer joined Wellington in 1993 after one year as assistant to
the CEO of the Matuschka Group, the investment banking, venture capital,
real estate and M&A organization co-founded by Rolf Christof Dienst.
Ernst's activities focus on fund structuring, legal aspects of the funds,
deal structuring and investor relations with respect to legal and tax aspects.
Together with Harald Keller, Ernst heads Swiss-based Wellington Partners
Advisory AG. Ernst studied Comparative Literature at Ludwig-Maximilians University
of Munich.
