We are willing to
consider an investment based

preclinical proof of concept for

innovative technology platform. However,
our
main focus is on the early
stages
of
clinical development, as well
as development
activities that
lead to a strong
clinical
proof of concept with the potential
to
trigger a liquidity event for shareholders.
In Diagnostics and Medical Tech, we prefer to invest in companies with
product
candidates
nearing regulatory approval, or companies who have
already launched
a
first product.
As a basis for investment, it is essential
that the technology have
strong
IP protection
and address a significant
market potential.
